1. We are a manufacturing company and not just a "middleman" /broker. We are a custom molder and we will make things to meet your specs.
2. Injection molding - Both small and larger parts in just about any Thermoplastic ( general purpose, engineered plastics, glass and fiber reinforced plastics, foamed, any color and complexity, insert and over molding).
3. Molds and Prototypes - We make both metal and composite molds such as Epoxy, Polyester, Silicone etc. We also fabricate and make prototypes for inventions and new products.
4. Thermoforming and Vacuumforming- We can make as big as 6 Feet x 9 Feet part, 18 inches deep and related tooling etc. Thickness upto 3/8 Inches.
5. Polyurethane- We can make both foamed and non- foamed products, either in rigid, flexible of elastomeric materials. We use both low and high pressure systems. We can custom blend materials to your exact specs and color.
6. Fiberglass- We have now added these capabilities to gel coat and laminate with latest machine.
7. Rotomolding, Spincasting, Fabrication, Assembly, Screenprinting, Heatbending, Painting and Decorating are some of our capabilities as well. We also have recently added spray Urea/Urethane technology.
